Shipping & Returns
- We use the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service for most packages.
- Cut off time for UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders is 3:00 pm CST. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will ship the next business day.
- Please call for Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air Shipping Quote.
- USPS orders will ship the next business day at 10:00 am.
- Shipping method may vary from the chosen method depending on parts purchased.
- Some parts may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.
- As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time.
- If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods.
If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
- Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
- Customers are responsible for all duties and tax due on items purchased.
- Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 7 days for delivery.
- Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
- Large items are shipped via truck freight. The website may not always give an accurate rate for these items. Please call for a custom quote.
Many times additional items can be shipped with the truck freight item without additional cost.
- Damages in transit are the responsibility of the courier. Inspect your items before signing.
- Please note any damage on the bill of lading. Fill out a damage report with the driver, notify us of the damages.
In most cases the courier will send someone to pick up the damaged freight. We will then replace the damaged items.
Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with an item, return it within 15 days of purchase. Receipt must accompany return.
Returns without a valid reason will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No refund for incorrect purchase or change of mind. Defective items will be replaced.
No returns will be accepted for electrical items, literature or special ordered parts such as upholstery or convertible tops.
All parts must be in original condition and packaging when returned. No refund for shipping charges.
Used parts are sold “as is”, no refunds. We will gladly exchange a used part for another if available.
